摘　　要：为了培养生物技术类高级应用型人才,对专业课程体系建设与教学改革进行了积极探索和研究。主要从课程体系建设、实践教学环节、师资队伍建设等方面提出改进措施,以使生物技术专业课程体系建设、教学内容和学时安排等更加科学、合理,并能充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,进而改善教学效果和提高人才培养质量。In order to cultivate senior application-oriented biotechnology talents, the professional curriculum system construction and teaching reform were explored. Improvement measures were proposed from the aspects of curriculum system construction, practical teaching tache, teaching staff construction, so as to make the curriculum system construction,arrangement of teaching content and class period more scientifically and reasonably. And the learning enthusiasm and initiative of students were fully mobilized, so as to improve the teaching effect and enhance the quality of talent cultivation.
