摘 要:文章介绍了汽车发动机冷却风扇气动性能的CFD仿真方法,利用流体分析软件Fluent对冷却风扇进行了流场仿真分析和气动噪声计算,仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好,验证了仿真模型的可靠性。对影响冷却风扇气动性能的几何参数因素进行了分析研究,依据研究结果,针对原型风扇提出了2种改进方案,结果表明,在保证风扇冷却性能的前提下,风扇的噪声值得到了明显降低。The computational fluid dynamics(CFD) simulation method of the aerodynamic performance of automotive engine cooling fan is introduced, and the flow field simulation analysis and aerodynamic noise computation are carried out by using the fluid analysis software Fluent. The simulation results and test results are approximately identical, verifying the authenticity of the simulation model. The geometrical parameters which can influence the aerodynamic performance of the cooling fan are stud- ied, and on the basis of the results, two improved models are proposed. The improvement results show that under the precondition of guaranteeing the cooling performance of the fan, the noise of the fan is significantly reduced.
