摘 要:文章以装配线多技能作业人员为研究对象,首先依据作业人员在装配工位完成相应生产任务的历史数据,通过计算质量、时间和数量3个方面的评价因子,使用组合赋权评价方法确定各因子的动态权重,计算人员胜任力指数;基于胜任力指数实时矩阵,构建了以整条装配线上人员胜任力指数总和最大为目标的人员优化配置模型,并采用启发式求解算法进行优化求解,通过实例验证了所述方法的可行性和实用性。The assembly line mixed-skill workers are taken as the research object, and the personnel competency index is calculated based on the historical data of the operating personnel completing the production task related in the assembly station and through the evaluation of the three aspects of qual- ity, time and quantity by using the combination-weighting method to determine the dynamic weight of each factor. Then the personnel allocation optimization model is established based on real-time compe- tency index matrix, aiming at the maximum of the sum of the whole assembly line personneVs compe- tency indices. And the heuristic algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem. Finally, the fea- sibility and practicability of the method are verified by real cases.
