摘　　要：大学英语在高等教育中有着特殊的地位。大学英语青年教师正处于重要的专业形成和发展关键期。要提高大学英语青年教师自主发展的意识,重视他们在自主发展中存在的问题,研究相应的对策,更好地提高高校大学英语教学质量和教学效率。College English Teaching has a special status in higher education. Young college English teachers are at critical periods of their professional formation and development. Therefore, it is important to increase the awareness of young college English teachers＇ autonomous development and pay attention to the specific problems in their situation, then explore the countermeasures, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of college English teaching in universities.
