摘　　要：作为一种创造性思维方式,整合思维从相互冲突的观点中优化选择、整合提高,在很多领域取得了巨大成功。我国的史书编撰以及科学界的动物分类充分体现了这一思维方式。应用于教育领域,整合思维可为我们的人才培养及教学提供一种新的思路,对教育创新的实现大有裨益。The integrated thinking, as a creative way of thinking, which has optimized the conflicting views, has made great successes in many fields. The compiling of historical books and the animal classification also reflects this thought. Used in the field of education, the integrated thinking will provide us a new idea of our personnel training and teaching. It will give us great benefit of the realization of educational innovation as well.
