摘 要:重症医学科(ICU)收治危重患者,病死率高、治疗费用高,容易出现医疗纠纷,沟通不到位是发生医患纠纷的重要原因。ICU良好医患沟通对于减少医疗纠纷、建立和谐医患关系具有重要意义。本文介绍我院临床实践中ICU医患沟通环节、内容及关键点,并例举2个典型病例,为有效防范医疗纠纷发生及构建和谐医患关系积累经验。Critically ill patients administered to Intensive Care Unit (ICU) commonly features high mortality rate and medical cost. As a result, there are prone to medical disputes. The main reason for the medical disputes is incomplete doctor- patient communication. A good communication is fundamental to establish a good doctor- patient relationship and ensuing reduction in medical disputes. The present study aimed to introduce the clinical practice of specific process and technical issues in medical communication. Tow typical cases were highlighted. In aggregate, the accumulated experience will facilitate the reduction of the risk of medical disputes and consolidate doctor- patient relationship.
