在“国培计划”项目中发挥实验教学中心的作用

摘　　要："国培计划"是教育部、财政部于2010年开始实施的旨在提高中小学教师特别是农村教师队伍整体素质的重要举措。吉林师范大学物理基础实验教学中心承担2期"国培计划"农村初中物理骨干教师实验技能培训任务。我们充分发挥实验中心的人力、实验室和教学资源的优势,确保了培训工作的实效性,使受训学员在实验技术、实验教学、实验资源开发等方面的技能和能力都得到了明显提高。The＂ national training plan＂ is an important measure implemented by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance in 2010 to improve overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers, especially the rural teachers. The Physics Experimental Teaching Center in Jilin Normal University has undertaken the tasks of the ＂national training plan＂ for the training of the experimental skills of physics teachers in junior middle schools in the countryside. To ensure the effectiveness of the training, full play were played of the advantages of human resources, laboratory resources and teaching resources in the experimental center. Practice proves that the trainees have greatly improved their skills and abilities in conducting experimental teaching.
