摘 要:根据学校的现有资源,介绍了广东工业大学动力定位实验室的建设实践。首先通过对船舶的运动模型以及复杂海况下风、浪、流数学模型的研究,为设计出合理的控制算法实现对船模的控制提供依据;再次制作水池模拟海洋环境,根据水池尺寸大小制作船模;最后完成船模的电气系统安装,建设船舶仿真平台。在仿真平台基础上,验证超声波定位的精度、完成船模外载荷动力学建模和仿真估计以及实现推进器推力的合力优化分配等工作。通过与企业产学研联盟的形式,最终将研究成果应用于船舶产业化。In this paper, the research basis, contents, implementation scheme and the construction of the dynamic positioning laboratory in Guangdong University of Technology were described. First, the ship motion model and the mathematical model of wind, wave, and current were studied in order to have reasonable control of the ship model. Next a pool to simulate ocean environment and a ship model were made. Finally, a simulation platform was constructed with the electrical installation of ship model. On the simulation platform, the accuracy of ultrasonic location was verified, the external load dynamics and simulation estimation for the ship motion model were completed, and the reasonable and optimized thrust distribution of the propeller were realized. With the form of CEEUSRO, research results are applied to the industrialization of ship eventually.
