摘 要:以西瓜、草莓、葡萄、猕猴桃、西红柿、黄瓜等为测试样品,样品中的氯吡脲经乙腈提取、N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)分散固相萃取(DSPE)净化,利用其对luminol-KIO4化学发光体系的增敏作用进行了测定,以期建立的分散固相萃取-流动注射化学发光法快速测定果蔬中残留氯吡脲的新方法。结果表明:该方法的线性范围为1.0×10-11~1.0×10-5 mol/L,相关系数r=0.9993,对1.0×10-10 mol/L氯吡脲11次平行测定的相对标准偏差为1.5%,按3倍标准偏差计算的方法检出限为0.163ng/g,加标回收率为89.7%~98.9%。表明该法线性范围宽、灵敏度高、设备简单,其用于测定果蔬中残留氯吡脲的结果比较理想。Taking watermelon, strawberry, grape, kiwifruit, tomato, cucumber as for determination of forchlorfenuron in garden stuff by flow injection-chemil materials, a new method was established with dispersive solid-phase extraction. Forchloffenuron was extracted with acetonitrile and purified with primary secondary amine. Since forchlorfenuron could enhanced the reaction between luminol and potassium periodate, it could be detected by flow injection-chemiluminescence method. The results showed that the linear ranges was 1.0×10^-11-1.0×10mol/L, the correlation coefficient was 0. 9993,the detection limit was 0. 163 ng/g, the relative standard deviation (RSD)was 1.5% for 11 parallel determination,and the recovery between 89. 7-98. 9%. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of forchlorfenuron in garden stuff samples because of the wide linear ranges and high sensitive.
