摘  要:黄酮是一类广泛存在于植物及微生物中的次生代谢产物,具有抗氧化、降血脂、防衰老及抗癌等功效,但作者尚未见到菌核侧耳(Pleurotus tuber-regium(Fr.)Sing)黄酮的相关报道。以菌核侧耳为材料,确定了超声法提取其总黄酮的工艺条件为:以80%乙醇为提取剂,料液比1∶30,70℃提取30 min,子实体黄酮得率为0.20%,菌丝体黄酮得率为0.36%。而后采用AB-8型树脂静态吸附法对粗黄酮进行了纯化;并通过自由基清除实验考察了菌核侧耳黄酮的体外抗氧化性能,实验结果表明该黄酮对·OH有较强的清除能力。Flavonoids, the secondary metabolites, are widely distributed in plants and microorganisms, with the activities of antioxidant, reducing blood fat, anti-aging and anti-cancer. However, to the best of our knowledge, the flavonoid of Pleurotus tuber-regium has not been reported. Thus,the extraction of flavone from Pleurotus tuber- regium was studied by ultrasound technique. The parameters of extraction process were optimized through single factor test, and the best conditions were defined, that is, 80% ethanol as solvent, material-solution ratio 1 : 30, 70 ℃, extracting for 30 min. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of total flavouoids in sporophore was 0.20% , in mycelium was 0.36%. AB-8 macroporous resin was used to purify the crude flavones, and the puri- fied flavones had the apparent effect of scavenging free radicals.
