摘 要:分析了茶树新梢中游离氨基酸的含量与茶树品种对茶橙瘿螨(Acaphylla theae)的抗性关系。抗性品种游离氨基酸总量以及茶氨酸(Thea)、谷氨酸(Glu)、丙氨酸(AIa)、甘氨酸(Cly)、天冬氨酸(Asp)、丝氨酸(Ser)、缬氨酸(Val)等的含量显著高于感性品种。抗性品种新梢中与氨基酸合成有关的谷氨酸脱氢酶(CDH)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性分别是感性品种的2.3倍和3.2倍,差异显著(P<0.01)。以氨基酸单体纯品作生物测定表明,上述氨基酸对茶橙瘿螨的取食行为和繁殖率具有抑制作用。抗性品种叶表水漂洗物中氨基酸含量高于感性品种。通过合理施用氮肥,可提高茶树新梢中游离氨基酸的含量及茶树的抗螨性。The relationship between contents of free amino acids in tea shoots and resistance of tea varieties to tea pink mite Acaphylla theae Watt was investigated. The total free amino acid contents, especially the theaine (Thea), glutamic acid (Glu) ,alanine (Ala), glycine (Gly), asparatic acid (Asp), serine(Ser) and valine(Val), etc. in resistant varieties, were significantly higher than those in susceptible varieties. The average activities of glutamin dehydrogenase (GDH) and pheny-lalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) in the former were 2.3 and 3.2 times as many as those in the latter, respectively. Bioassay results showed that each/total of the amino acids mentioned above had inhibited the feeding behavior and reproduction of this mite. The contents of amino acids got from leaf surface of resistant varieties by water rinsing were more than those of susceptible ones. It was suggested that the resistance of tea tree to this mite might be increased after the content of free amino acid in tea shoot had enhanced by rational application of nitrogen fertilizer.
