摘　　要：当前人力资源管理正愈来愈从事务性走向战略性,是促进煤炭企业发展的关键因素。本文建立了基于BS模式的煤炭企业人力资源管理系统,整个管理系统使用Browser/Web模式来设计,服务器端采用Access数据库系统和ASP组件来构成;客户端采用浏览器来完成系统维护和管理。The current human resources management is being increasingly from transactional to strategic, is a key factor to promote the development of coal enterprises. Established based on BS model coal enterprise human resource management system, the entire management system using the Browser / Web mode, the server side using the Access database and ASP components to constitute; client browser to complete the system maintenance and management.
