西北五省农户储藏小麦情况调查研究

摘　　要：为了解西北5省农户储藏小麦情况,对小麦品种、储麦数量、储麦装置、进仓处理方式及储藏过程质量损失等情况进行了抽样调查。调查结果显示:不同地区小麦种植的品种、规模及自留储藏情况不同;各地的储麦装置差别不大;小麦使用农药情况与地区分布及小麦是否自留储藏有关;各地对小麦进仓之前的处理状况都是自然晾晒,进仓之后的防鼠与防虫情况有所差异;由于地区不同和储藏时间不同,小麦质量损失情况存在一定差异。通过调查可以看出,西北5省农户储藏小麦的水平不高,质量与品质损失较严重,需要进一步改进。To investigate the situation of wheat storage of five northwest provinces,the wheat varieties,stocks,devices,processing and weight loss of stored wheat were sampling surveyed.The results showed that wheat varieties,planting scale,wheat stocks were different among 5 provinces.The storing devices were roughly similar.The use of pesticides depended on areas and the situation of wheat was stored or for sale.Wheat of the 5 provinces was dried by sun before into granary,some prevented rats and pests,and some not.The weight loss of wheat was different in different areas and at different storage time.According to the survey,the level of wheat storage of northwest was low.The loss of wheat weight and quality was quite serious,and it needs to be improved.
