摘 要:以印刷机递纸传动机构中含旋转间隙铰曲柄连杆机构为研究对象,基于间隙矢量和接触刺穿深度构造两状态模型接触分离检测准则,分段建立含间隙变拓扑机构动力学方程并数值求解,在此基础上分析了间隙机构动态特性及工作转速下不同间隙对机构动态特性的影响,给出了合理间隙设计参考值。Taking the component of the crank and connecting rod mechanism with revolute clearance joint in the sheet transfer mechanism of printing machine as the research object, on the basis of the vector clearance and the pene- tration depth of contact, the discriminated condition of contact with separation is improved considering the two kinds of motion state of clearance joint. The contact and separation dynamics models of a crank and connecting rod mechanism with clearance joint are established respectively and numerical solving is conducted. Then with the analysis of the in- fluence of clearance on the dynamic characteristics of crank and connecting rod mechanism, the reasonable contact clearance size at working speed are advised in the thesis.
