区域高职院校人才培养模式创新的理念与路径——以湖北省为例

摘　　要：创新与区域产业结构相适应的高职院校人才培养模式,走区域发展和特色发展之路,是高职教育实现内涵发展的合理选择。湖北地区高职院校进行人才培养模式的创新,需要从理念、内容与路径等角度进行系统探索。借鉴湖北省高职院校经验,当前我国高职院校进行人才培养模式创新,要以制度创新为根本,以适应性为切入点创新人才培养规格,以开放性为目标创新人才培养过程。To innovate the talent cultivation model of higher vocational schools adaptable to regional industrial structure and make the regional and characteristic development way are reasonable selection of connotation development of higher vocational education.The innovation of higher vocational schools in Hubei province should explore systematically from the view,contents and pathway.Referring the experience of Hubei province,in order to achieve innovation of talent cultivation model,higher vocational schools around the whole country should take systematic innovation as the foundation,try to innovate talent cultivation standard taking adaptability as the starting point,and try to innovate talent cultivation process taking openness as the objectives.
