综合护理对衰退期精神分裂症社会功能的康复效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理对衰退期精神分裂症患者社会功能的康复效果。方法将80例衰退期精神分裂症患者,随机分为实验组与对照组各40例,对照组进行常规治疗及护理,实验组在此基础上实施综合护理,时间为3个月,用住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSPI)评定护理效果。结果实验前两组患者SSPI量表评分无统计学差异;实验结束时,实验组患者职业技能、计划性与责任心、院内社会性活动、家庭角色职能、社会性退缩、生活自理能力等因子评分低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.08,2.85,3.12,2.80,2.76,2.76;P<0.05)。结论实施综合护理,提高了衰退期精神分裂症患者的社会适应能力,改善了患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing division on social function in patients with recession schizophrenia. Methods A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each 40 cases, the control group was given conventional treatment and care ,comprehensive care was used to the experimental group on this basis,time was 3 months,with hospitalized mental patients social function rating scale （SSPI） to assess the effect of nursing. Results Before the experiment,two groups of patients SSPI score showed no significant difference（P〈0.05） ;At the end of the experiment ,there were significant differences between two groups in occupation skill ,planning and responsibility ,hospital so- cial activities, family function,social withdrawal, self-care ability factor scores （t = 4. 08,2.85,3. 12,2.80,2.76,2.. 76 ; （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can improve the ability to adapt to the society,quality of life,and enhance confidence in ,.! the treatment of disease.
