摘 要:美国课程监控制度不仅是一个依赖于"时间之箭"的复杂演进过程,而且是有明确制度目标、经完全理性设计的均衡系统。以新制度教育学的研究之"眼"探析美国课程监控制度,不仅需要探究课程监控的组织架构、原理和运作,还需"两只手"相互配合,一只是"有形之手",即通过国家及地方的相关立法,保障课程监控的顺利进行,另一只是包括意识形态、国家课程传统等在内的"无形之手",它左右着美国课程监控制度的运行。The curriculum supervision institution in America is the equilibrium system that not only depends on the complex evolution process of the "arrow of time",but has a clear and rational designed goal system.With the "eye" of new institutional pedagogy to analyze the curriculum supervision institution in America,we not only need to explore the organization structure,the principle and the operation,but also need the cooperation of "two hands",one is "the visible hand",which means the national and relevant local legislation to guarantee the smooth progress of the curriculum supervision institution,the other is "the invisible hand",such as the ideology,the tradition of the curriculum,which may affect the operation of the curriculum supervision institution.
