摘　　要：数学实验是高等数学与实践相结合的重要手段,也是高等数学教学改革的主要内容之一。它是以实际问题为载体,计算机为手段,软件为工具,学生为主体,辅助教学为目的的实践课。MATLAB软件用于数学实验,可以在符号运算、数值计算、建模仿真和工程绘图等方面发挥其良好的应用优势,并在实验过程中提高学生的学习兴趣,培养其数学应用能力。Mathematics experiment is an important means of combining higher mathematics with practice, also one of the main content of higher mathematics teaching reform. It is a practical course that takes actual problem as the carrier, computer as the means, software as the tool, students as the main body, computer aided education as the purpose. Application of MATLAB software in mathematical experiment can take advantages of its benefits in the symbolic computation, numerical calculation, modeling, and engineering drawing, improve the learning interest of the students in the experimental process, and calcuvate their ability of applying mathematics.
