摘 要:针对人造奶油生产系统中速冻环节存在温度调节能力薄弱,控制作用滞后严重,超调量大等问题,首次提出了人造奶油生产系统旁路调节方案,旨在实现速冻过程温度的精确控制,建立了速冻装置旁路调节的稳态数学模型、旁路调节精确数学控制的基本规则,采用仿真预测速冻过程中扰动对工况的影响,将旁路调节精确数学控制模型集成到人造奶油生产控制系统,开展了各种扰动形式下旁路调节的实验研究。实验结果表明,基于旁路调节的精确数学控制使得速冻环节温度控制滞后小,超调量小,温度控制效果良好,保证了产品的品质,实现人造奶油生产的运行优化。There were weak temperature regulation, large delay and overshoot for quick-frozen process of margarine production system,a new temperature control program designed to achieve accurate control in quick-frozen process,which based on by-pass adjustment was proposed for the first time, Steady-state mathematical model and basic control rules of the by-pass regulation were established. The influence caused by disturbance could be predicted by using simulation technology,the accurate mathematical control based on by-pass adjustment was integrated into control system of margarine production system. Experiment was carried out to study by-pass adjustment's effect under various disturbances. The experiment research results showed that the accurate mathematical control method based on by-pass regulation could achieve the operation optimization of margarine production system. The delay and overshoot among control were small, temperature control effect was remarkable.
