摘  要:着重评述了新型食品搅拌机的特点,特别是新近开发的V型搅拌机、ISO型搅拌机、FULLZONE型搅拌机和SANMELER型搅拌机的结构、性能及其应用,阐明了最近食品搅拌机的新技术,提出了今后食品搅拌机技术进步的前景和发展方向。The works and results of new food mixing machine at abroad were mainly introduced, the constriction, property and apply of new food mixing machines such as V-mixing machine, ISO-mixing machine, FULLZONE-mixing machine and SANMELE-mixing machine were described. New technology of new food mixing machines were expotmded. Its progress and development of the new food mixing machines in future were proposed.
