摘　　要：教师的考试观会影响教师对教学内容的选择、方法的运用、师生关系的处理等一系列教学行为,是教师教学观的重要组成部分。树立正确的考试观,能帮助教师产生正确的教学行为。在深化课程改革的新阶段,教师应具有明确的考试目的观、科学的考试内容观、多样化的考试形式观和适度的考试频次观,并要重视考试过程的人文关怀。Teacher＇s outlook on examination, an important component of teachers＇ outlook on teaching, influences the selection of teaching contents, the employment of methods, the dealing of the relationship between teachers and students. The establishment of correct outlook on examination can help teachers cultivate right teaching activities. In the new phase of deepening curriculum reform teachers should have explicit outlook on examination aim, outlook on scientific examination contents, outlook on varied examination forms and outlook on moderate examination frequency and they should attach great importance to humanistic concern in the process of examination.
