摘　　要：完形填空作为检测高中生英语阅读理解的能力和水平的题型多年来也一直出现在高考英语试题中。而有效的高中英语完形填空教学则依赖于对于课程标准、考查要求和得分因素的充分分析和研究。本文通过对测试数据分析的基础上，总结概括了影响高中生英语完形填空成绩的因素，提出了完形填空教学中教师“要关注语篇”等一些具体的应对策略和建议，以期对高中英语完形填空教学有所助益。Cloze tests play an important role to develop senior high school students＇ reading ability in the process of English teaching. As an important item to test students＇ reading ability, the cloze test has been an indispensible part of the College Entrance Examination. The paper summarizes the factors affecting students＇ performance in cloze tests via data analysis, and therefore puts forward some practical strategies in the hope of improving teachers＇ effectiveness in eloze test teaching.
