摘　　要：本文分析了目前工科类本科毕业论文整体质量存在下滑趋势的原因,认为主要在于写作时间短、跟师晚、考核松和引导少四个方面,并提出要做到论文写作周期大于1年,实行3年的导师培养模式,加强行政管理和考核以及专业课的应用教育,以培养学生对专业知识的浓厚兴趣,才能有效地提高工科类本科毕业论文质量。The article analyzed the reasons that why the quality of bachelor graduation thesis are commonly declining. Four aspects are put forward： time is too short; following with the teacher is too late; evaluation is not strict; guidance is too limited. Therefore, some suggests are proposed： the period of writing graduation thesis should be longer than one year; the students should be guided by tutor for three years; management and evaluation should be strict so as to cultivate the interesting of learning professional knowledge and efficiently improve the quality of engineering bachelor graduation thesis.
