摘 要:目的修编适合我国的教师职业倦怠量表,并检验量表的信效度。方法随机抽取41名教师进行了半结构化访谈,然后选取中学教师210名对教师职业倦怠量表初本进行预测,最后采用分层整群抽样的方法选取有效被试738人,进行重测信度、内部一致性信度检验和量表结构的验证性因素分析。结果修编的教师职业倦怠量表由3个维度,22个条目组成,分别是情感耗竭(9个条目)、降低的个人成就感(8个条目)、人格解体(5个条目),量表的信效度指标均符合心理测量学的要求。结论该量表具有良好的信度、效度,可用于对我国教师的测量。OBJECTIVE To develop a scale on teacher burnout, and assess the reliability and validity. METHODS 41 teachers were randomly selected for the semi-strnctured interview, then selected 210 secondary school teachers to forecast teachers'burnout. Finally, 738 teachers were collected using stratified cluster sampling, and tested the test-retest reliability, internal consistency reliability and carried out confirmatory factor analysis. RESULTS The reliability and validity of Teachers Burnout Scale developed which included 3 dimensions, 22 items like emotional exhaustion (9 items), reduced personal accomplishment (8 items) and depersonalization (5 items) were well fit to the requirement of psychometrics. CONCLUSION The results suggest that the scale is with good reliability and validity, which can be applicable to Chinese teachers.
