摘　　要：从高职院校学科梯队建设的内涵、此项工作的必要性及重要性的分析入手,对学科梯队建设工作的主要内容、普遍存在的问题进行了阐述和探究,并提出了相应的保障措施,对高职院校师资管理,尤其是学科梯队建设工作有一定的指导作用。This article makes an analysis on the connotation,the necessity and importance of discipline echelon construction in vocational colleges,elaborates and probes into the main content and the prevalence of the problems and puts forward the corresponding supporting measures,which plays a guiding role in the teaching management,especially discipline echelon construction in vocational colleges.
