摘　　要：德国职业教育在世界上处于领先地位,对德国经济和社会发展起了重要作用,其职教师资培养的任职资格、培训体系、兼职教师队伍建设成功经验值得我国高职师资培养借鉴。Germany leads the world in Vocational Education which plays an important role in Germany＇s economic and social development. The successful experience in teachers＇ qualification training, the training system, and the management of part - time teachers are worth learning by the vocational colleges in China.
