摘　　要：矿车是矿山运输设备中数量最多且维修量最大的设备之一,而车轮是矿车上最重要的部件之一,在矿车损坏中,车轮轴承的损坏占很大比例。从矿车结构和工况入手,分析了矿车车轮轴承常见故障及原因,提出了改进措施,提高了车轮的可靠性和使用寿命。Tramcars account for the largest quantity and maintenance in mine transportation equipment. Wheel is one of the most important parts on the tramcar, and the wheel hearing damage has a large share of the tramcar damage. From the tramcar structure and operating conditions, the common faults and causes of wheel bearings have been analyzed in this paper, and the improvement methods have been presented which will improve the reliability and service life of wheels.
