摘　　要：高等教育的大发展时期,和谐社会和谐校园建设提上新高度,而且人才的培养、学生的素质教育、人性教育成为教育核心重点。中央政府及各级政府都重视大学生思想道德素质建设,加大投入增加宣传力度,使得高校学生管理从社会学校、政府、社会治安等宏观环节,和教学、学生管理、学生考核等微观环节齐抓并管,同时狠抓落实,保障到位,切实把学生素质教育从教育管理的各个环节落实好,重视好,贯彻好。把教育的最后一关高等教育,切实着眼点落实点归根到学生身上,实现和谐社会的教育大发展、大繁荣。a period of great development of higher education, harmonious society and harmonious campus construction on a new height, and personnel training, students＇ quality education, humanity education has become the core focus.
