摘 要:本文采用一台Z-80单板机及附加少量扩展芯片,取代了控制回路的模拟调节器,构成一个单板旋切机微机控制的直流调速系统。利用PIO接口、CTC计数器/定时器、A/D转换器及分频电路、脉冲变换和功率放大电路等,实现了对控制角的计算,触发脉冲的定时和移相,模拟量的采集及转换。同时,本文还对数字调节器和数字触发器的有关参数进行了设计、选择和计算,并给出了系统的硬件线路图和软件程序框图。经实验室模拟实验表明,本系统具有较高的调速性能和工作可靠性。In this paper, a Z-80 monolithic microcomputer supplemented with a few extended chips, which replaced the analogue regulator, formed a microcomputer DC speedregulating system of the veneer lathe. The calculation for controlling angle, the timing and phase-shift for triggering pulse and the collection and transformation for analog are presented by using the Parallel Input-ouput the interface, the Counter and Timer Circuit, the Analog to Digit translator and frequency division circuit and the pulse variation as well as the power amplifier circuit. Meanwhile, the designing ,selection and calculation for the parameters of digital regulator and trigger are carried out, and then, the figure of hardware and the block diagram of software arc presented. It has been proved that the system has better speed regulating performance and reliability by simulated experiments in laboratory.
