摘　　要：通过社会调查了解用人单位对人才职业素养,尤其是隐性职业素养不同方面的具体要求和重视程度,了解当代高职院校毕业生的状况,结合教育实践,探索提升高职学生职业素养的途径,构建更加契合社会需求的职业素养提升模式和教育模式。By a field research, the authors find out what professional accomplishment graduates have to e- quip themselves with and how important it is for recruiters, especially graduates＇ implicit professional ac- complishment. Getting general ideas of students present situation, based on the educational practice, they explores a new way to promote students＇ professional accomplishment in higher vocational colleges and establish a more rational educational mode to meet the society＇s needs.
