摘 要:岗位胜任特征研究是企业人力资源管理的有效手段。将沟通协调能力、岗位适应能力、创新意识、信息学习能力、执行能力、决策能力等岗位通用胜任特征有效融入到高职院校职业能力培养体系,建立渗透于通识课程、渗透于校园文化活动、渗透于专业课程,通过强化实训、强化实习的"三渗透""两强化"持续养成的职业能力培养模式,是高职服务于区域经济、实现企业对接的有效途径。Characteristic study of post competence is the effective means of human resource management in enterprises. The characteristics of post competence are effectively combined into the system of cultivating vocational ability in higher vocational colleges, such as communication coordinating ability, post adaptive competence, innovative awareness, information study ability, executive ability and decision-making ability. This construction penetrates common sense curriculum, campus culture activity and professional curriculum. Through sustainable vocational ability cultivating mode of "three-penetration" and "two-strength", it is the effective approach for higher vocational colleges to serve regional economy and realize enterprise connection.
