摘  要:学生评教是高职院校评价教师的有效方法之一,但由于一些引起学生评教偏差的背景特征因素的存在影响了评教的有效性。混沌理论是系统从有序突然变为无序状态的一种演化理论,是对确定性系统中出现的内在"随机过程"形成的途径、机制的研讨。运用混沌理论中的初值敏感性、分形以及吸引子等三个原理分析了影响高校学生评教有效性的因素,并在此基础上提出了提高高职学生评教有效性的相应策略和措施。Students' evaluating teachers is one of effective methods for higher vocational colleges to evaluate teachers. However, because of the existing background characteristics caused by students' deviation from evaluating teachers, it affects the effectiveness of evaluation. Chaos theory is one evolutionary theory of system from ordered condition to disordered condition. It is the discussion of forming approach and mechanism to make sure the inside process at random in the system. Applying three principles analyzes the factors for influencing students' evaluation, including initial sensitivity, fractal and attractor. On the basis of it, this paper puts forward corresponding strategy and measure of increasing higher vocational students' evaluation effectiveness.
