摘　　要：在经济法的本科教学中,存在着教学规律认识不足,课程设置重复交叉、教学内容传统保守,缺乏实践性与应用性等一系列问题。针对这些问题,结合经济法教学的特点与具体的教学实践,提出创新和完善经济法本科教学的若干对策,以期更好地适应我国法学人才培养的需要。Exist in the teaching of undergraduate course of the economic law, law of teaching knowledge, repeat cross courses, the teaching content of traditional conservative, lack of practicality and applicability, and a series of problems. To solve these problems, combining the characteristics of economic law teaching and specific teaching practice, put forward several countermeasures of undergraduate teaching innovation and improve the economic law, in order to better adapt to the need of talent cultivation of law in China.
