摘　　要：美国先进的高等教育认证制度对于促进美国高等教育发展,保障高等教育质量发挥了重要的作用。进入到21世纪以来,高等教育认证的发展遭受到了一定的挑战,影响到认证的独立性、权威性和认证信息公开的方式与内容。与时同时,美国高等教育认证也呈现出一些新的发展趋势:远程高等教育认证不断完善,专业的统一认证系统正在积极构建,学生学业成就得到高度重视。Higher Education Accreditation System plays an important role in promoting the development of higher education,and protecting the quality of higher education in the United States.Ever since the very beginning of the 21st century,the development of the Higher Education Accreditation has been challenged,which affects the independence,the authority of certification,the disclosure and content of certification information.Meanwhile,American Higher Education Accreditation is also showing some new trends:Distance High Education Accreditation is constantly improved;professional unified authentication system is actively building;and student academic achievement is given high priority.
