摘　　要：在内蒙古开放大学建设背景下,开展远程开放教育教学团队建设有助于推动系统教师队伍整体素质的提升。结合当前内蒙古电大的实际,深入分析了影响远程开放教育教学团队建设的共性因素,包括自然因素、专业教师队伍现状、各级电大的支持力度、团队内部因素、硬件环境因素和系统文化,力求对全区远程开放教育教学团队的建设和健康良性发展提供一些有益的参考。In the construction of Inner Mongolia open university , to build open and distance teabhing team helps to promote overall quality of the teachers. Combining the actual situation of Inner Mongolia Radio ＆ TV university,the paper deeply analyzes the common factors that affect the con- struction of open and distance teaching team, including natural factors, the situation of professional teachers j the support of RTVU at all levels, internal factors of the team, the hardware environment, and culture etc. It will provide some useful reference to the open and distance teaching team for construc- tion and healthy development.
