摘　　要：情商是相对于智商而言的心理学概念,属于人的非智力因素范畴,是个体生存和发展的基础,是大学生可持续发展的一种隐性能力和素质,也是他们适应社会发展需要的重要素质资本和保障。因此,我们应积极探索适应时代需求、适合学生心理的情商素质教育模式,树立现代情商教育理念,不断深化情商素质教育课程改革,实施情商素质拓展训练计划,加强校园文化建设、营造良好育人环境。EQ is relative to the IQ of the psychology concept, belongs to the category of the non-intelligence factors, is the basis of individual existence and development, is a recessive ability and quality for the sustainable development of college students, and the important quality of capital and guarantee for they meet the need of social development. Therefore, we should actively explore to meet the needs of era and is suitable for students＇ psychological quality of EQ education mode, set up the modern concept of emotional intelligence education, deepen EQ quality education curriculum reform, implement the emotional intelligence diathesis developing training plan, strengthen the construction of campus culture, and create a good educational environment.
