摘  要:利用保健品药品厂VC发酵废母液异养培养小球藻。研究小球藻在不同浓度发酵废母液(废母液中还原糖与葡萄糖的质量比为1︰1,1︰2,1︰3,1︰4,1︰5)及是否添加微量元素的培养基中生长和油脂积累情况。结果表明,小球藻在低浓度废母液(1︰4,1︰5)中,延滞期较短,生物量较高,添加微量元素后藻株生物量和油脂产量均显著提高。在高浓度废母液(1︰1,1︰2,1︰3)中,延滞期较长,生物量较低,添加微量元素后藻株生物量和油脂产量增加不多,这是高浓度废母液中含有高浓度的古洛酸和草酸的抑制作用引起的,但废母液中的山梨糖可以完全替代葡萄糖作为小球藻异养培养的碳源。在1︰5混合培养条件下相当于每立方米废母液中回收利用了266 kg还原糖。废母液培养节约了培养小球藻的生产成本,实现了废液的资源化利用。Waste mother liquor of fermenting vitamin C from health products pharmaceutical factory was used to culture heterotrophic chlorella. The growth and lipid accumulation of chlorella cultivated in different concentration fermentation waste mother liquor (the mass ratio of the reducing sugar and the glucose in the waste mother liquor were 1 : 1, 1 : 2, 1 : 3, 1 : 4, 1 : 5) and the medium added trace elements and the medium added trace elements without trace elements were studied. The results showed that chlorella vulgaris in the low concentration waste mother liquor (1 : 4, 1 : 5) had shorter delay period, higher biomass, biomass and oil production significantly improved after added trace elements of microalgae. In the high-concen- tration waste mother liquor (1 : 1, 1 : 2, 1 : 3), it had longer term delay, lower biomass, biomass and oil production increased marginally after added trace elements of microalgae, this was a high-concentration waste mother liquor containing a high concentration of guluronic acid and oxalic acid inhibition caused, but waste mother liquor of sorbose could totally replace glucose as chlorella heterotrophic culture carbon source. Per cubic meter of waste mother liquor equivalent recycled 266 kg reducing sugar in the mixed 1 : 5 culture conditions. The liquid waste of resource utilization was realized and the cost of cultivating chlorella production was saved.
