摘  要:以湿芝麻渣和芝麻饼为原料,研究采用挤压膨化和热风干燥技术制备适宜于油脂浸出的芝麻膨化料的最佳工艺条件和可行性。考察了湿芝麻渣和芝麻饼的混合比(渣饼质量比)、膨化温度、螺旋转速对膨化结粒和脱水效果的影响,以及不同干燥条件对湿膨化料的干燥效果。试验结果表明:渣饼质量比3∶1,膨化温度180℃,螺旋转速250 r/min时,膨化结粒和脱水效果最好;干燥温度120℃,干燥时间25 min,湿膨化料的干燥效果最好。湿芝麻渣经上述处理后成为含水量约13%、颗粒状、散落性好、适宜于油脂浸出的膨化料,该物料也是适宜储存运输且品质优良的饲料。With fresh sesame residue and sesame cake as raw materials ,the optimal process conditions and feasibility of leaching oil from sesame extruded feed prepared by extrusion and hot air drying were studied. The effects of mass ratio of fresh sesame residue to sesame cake, extrusion temperature and screw speed on extruded pellet and dehydration effect were discussed. Meanwhile, the drying effects of wet extruded feed under different drying conditions were studied. The results showed that the optimal dehydration and drying conditions were as follows:mass ratio of fresh sesame residue to sesame cake 3: 1, extrusion temperature 180 ℃, screw speed 250 r/min, drying temperature 120 ℃, drying time 25 min. Under these conditions, water content of extruded feed was about 13%, and the extruded feed was granular, well scattered, suitable for oil extraction ,which also could be used as excellent feed suitable for storing and transporting.
