摘 要:目的探讨牛蒡茶对人体降血脂功能的作用。方法选择116人随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组服用牛蒡茶,连续45 d,对照组条件与实验组相同,不服用牛蒡茶。检测试验前后两组的血清总胆固醇水平(serum total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯水平(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)水平及生理生化指标。结果实验组实验前后自身比较及实验组与对照组组间比较显示,血清总胆固醇及血清甘油三酯含量差异均具有统计学意义,实验后显著低于实验前(P<0.01);实验组实验前后自身比较,血清总胆固醇下降14.77%;甘油三脂下降26.39%;实验组56例受试对象中,总有效数为17例,总有效率达到30.4%,显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。血液学,肝、肾功能等检查结果未发现异常情况。结论牛蒡茶对人体具有良好的降血脂功能,且具有较高的安全性。Objective To study the hypolipidemic effect of burdock tea. Methods One hundred and sixteen hyperlipidemia adult volunteers were selected and randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group. The subjects in experimental group were given burdock tea for 45 d, while subjects in control group were not given. The levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and physiological and biochemical parameters were measured before and after the trial. Results At the end of human trial, compared with control group, serum TC, TG levels of the experimental group decreased significantly (P〈0.01). The serum TC level of the experimental group decreased significantly, by 14.77% compared with that before the feeding trial, while the serum TG level decreased by 26.39%. The rate of effective lowering lipid level was 30.4% in experimental group at the end of trials. No abnormal effect was observed in liver function, renal function and hematological examination. Conclusion The burdock tea tested in this study has the function of reducing blood lipids in human with acceptable safety profile.
