摘  要:针对电动汽车要求驱动系统具有宽调速范围、高可靠性与高效率等特点,提出了一种效率优化的无速度传感器矢量控制(SVC)系统。介绍了该系统的原理,提出了相应控制策略,完成了系统硬件和软件方案设计。整个系统以TMS320F2812 DSP芯片为核心控制器件,包括主电路功率模块、电流电压采集电路、保护电路、控制器局域网络(CAN)通信模块等部分。试验结果表明,效率优化算法可行,系统具有良好的动态性能,达到了预期设计目标。According to the requirement of wide speed range, high reliability and high efficiency of electric vehicle, a kind of efficiency optimization algorithm for speed sensorless vector control (SVC) system was presented. The principle and control strategy of the system were deeply analyzed. The entire system included the power module of the main circuit, current and voltage acquisition circuits, protection circuit, and controller area network (CAN) communication module. The TMS320F2812 chip was seclected as the core of the controller. The experimental results showed that the efficiency optimization algorithm was feasible, and the system has a good dynamic performance achieving the desired design goals.
