摘　　要：从教育哲学的视角评析我国高等教育改革中的教学观。从独白式教育的实质、对话式教育的内涵以及对话式教育的实现等三个维度来深化对教育教学过程中师生关系的认识。The existing teaching condition is analyzed under the framework of education philosophy in this paper.Based upon illustrating the essence of monolog instruction,the spirit of dialogue instruction and the execution of dialogue instruction,a comprehensive knowledge of relationship between teachers and students is enhanced.It is shown that that implementation of dialogue instruction is therefore of positive significance to improve the quality of teaching in higher school.
