水解乳清蛋白对重症胰腺炎大鼠炎症反应的影响

摘  要:目的研究水解乳清蛋白对重症胰腺炎大鼠炎症反应的影响。方法90只雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、实验组和空白组,每组各30只。将对照组及实验组大鼠制作成为重症胰腺炎模型,空白组作假手术处理,检测不同时段的血清淀粉酶。在肠内营养基础上,实验组添加水解乳清蛋白,对照组和空白组添加等量的普通蛋白粉,喂养一周后处死,测定胸腺指数、脾脏指数、IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α等。结果三组间的胸腺指数、脾脏指数、血清总蛋白及白蛋白均无显著性差别(P〉0.05);对照组的IL-1、IL-6和TNF-α均显著性地高于实验组P〈0.05)。结论水解乳清蛋白可以减轻重症胰腺炎大鼠的炎症反应。Objective To investigate the immunomodulating effect of hydrolyzed whey protein on severe acute pancreatitis in rats. Methods 90 malc rats were randomly divided into control group, experimental group and sham--operation group and SAP model was constructed. The experimental group was fed with hydrolyzed whey protein while the controlgroup and sham--group were fed with ordinary protein and the levels of amylase were detected at different interval. A week later, thymus index, spleen index, total protein, albumin, IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-αwere detected. Results The thymus, spleen index, total protein and albumin among groups were not significantly different (P〉0.05). However, the level of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α in experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The hydrolyzed whey protein may relieve the inflammatory response of SAP in rats.
