摘 要:将质量管理与工艺优化相结合提出一种新的基于工序质量信息的切削参数优化方法。针对这一方法,在改进原有质量工具的基础上,提出两种新的质量分析手段:横向工序质量分析和纵向工序能力分析。根据工序质量分析提供的目标和约束建立优化的数学模型,为切削参数优化提供方向,使用自适应权重遗传算法优化加工时间和表面质量,从而提高了工艺优化的准确性和效率。并通过实例验证该方法的可行性。A new cutting parameter optimization method based on process quality analysis was proposed. In order to realize this new method, two new process quality analyzing ways were invented. One of them was called transverse-quality-analysis, the other was called longitudinal-capability-analysis. The mathematical model was build using the direction and constraint conditions provided by process quality analysis. Then the time and quality of the process were optimized using adaptive weight genetic algorithm. So the accu- racy and efficiency of the cutting parameter optimization could be improved. Finally, the feasibility of this method was verified through an example.
