摘  要:新的形势对外语专业人才培养提出了更高的要求,单个教师为课堂教学主体不足以解决目前面临的问题,因此有必要对教学主体进行重新构建,让中外教师同时开展课堂教学,因为两位教师协同工作所产生的效果要比两者分开独立工作的效果大得多。中外教师合作教学有利于双方教师职业水平的提高和职业生涯的发展,能更好地满足不同层次学生的学习需求,促进学生外语专业水平的提高。因此,合作教学为进一步推动云南省外语专业教学有着十分重要的实践意义。New situations have given rise to higher expectations of foreign ianguage personnel training. Classroom teaching carried out by a single teacher has almost failed to resolve current problematic issues and therefore it seems quite necessary to reconstruct teachers's principal position in classroom teaching and enable the Chinese teacher and his foreign counterpart to perform co-teaching in class since two teachers, working together, will make a greater contribution than the combination of their individual work. It is believed that co-teaching will certainly benefit Chinese and foreign teachers' professional and career development, better meet the learning requirements of students in different levels and promote students foreign language proficiency. Co-teaching therefore is of great practical significance in promoting foreign langua- ges teaching in Yunnan Province.
