摘 要:南京市中学生社团在运行过程中存在学生自主和学校主导之间、社团活动本身和学校教学之间的矛盾。只有通过完善社团的管理机制建设,提升学生社团的活动层次,强化社团活动的教育引导和优化学生社团的发展环境,才能促使学生社团管理自主化、活动社会化、组织规范化、管理常态化、布局合理化、运行高质化,更好地实现和发挥中学生社团应有的价值与功能。Some problems can be seen in the operation of the middle school students' associations in Nanjing City, such as contradictions between students' autonomy and school domination, association's activities and school teaching activities. In order to expedite the autonomy of association management, socialization of activities, standardization of organization, normalization of administration, rationalization of arrangement, and qualification of operation, we must perfect the constructing of administrative mechanism, promote activity level, strengthen educational guidance, and optimize its developmental environment, so that the inherent values and functions of middle school students' associations can be achieved and expressed in a better way.
