摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展和生活水平的提高,每年都有大量的餐厨垃圾产生。该文通过问卷调查、发放调查表等方式,以南通市区为例,对餐饮业和居民家庭餐厨垃圾产生量进行调查,并对餐厨垃圾的处理方式进行详细分析,为南通市餐厨垃圾的总量预测、处理及再利用提供参考数据。With the development of our national economy and improvement of living standards, large amounts of food waste were produced each year. This article investigated the amount of food waste in Nantong City by question-and-answer papers and questionnaire and so on, and the treatments of food waste were analyzed in detail. The result had supplied a reference data for the prediction, treatment and reuse of food waste in Nantong.
