高职院校顶岗实习学生党员管理机制的构建

摘　　要：当前,在高职院校顶岗实习学生党员的管理上存在着管理弱化和缺少规范性指导的问题。因此,必须建立健全顶岗实习学生党员培养发展制度,改进顶岗实习学生党员管理制度,加强顶岗实习学生党员教育制度,完善顶岗实习学生党员考核与激励制度。The lack of exact understanding and positioning, perfect institution, full--time Party work instructors and normative guidance as well as weaken management is the major problem in management of internship student Party members in vocational colleges. In respond to it, it is necessary to establish and perfect cultivation system for intern- ship student Party membergdevelopment, to improve corresponding management system, to strengthen their educa- tion system and complete their evaluation and incentive system.
