摘　　要：结合学校实际,分析了运动生物化学理论课教学内容、教学手段和方法现状,并据此提出了优化理论课教学的对策,为运动生物化学教学改革提供一定的理论参考。It analyzed the teaching contents and the teaching methods of the exercise Biochemistry course in Dezhou university. Some countermeasures were given to optimize the teaching of exercise Biochemistry course. This would help the reform of teaching in exercise Biochemistry.
