ABO血型对食管/贲门癌患者生存期的影响

摘　　要：目的 ABO血型是重要的遗传标志,通过分析食管/贲门癌患者ABO血型分布特征及其与生存期的关系,为食管/贲门癌关键预后影响因素的了解提供依据。方法通过入户或电话问卷调查及生存随访,采用卡方检验、Kaplan-Meier生存曲线和Log Rank检验,分析中晚期食管/贲门癌患者的血型分布及其对生存期的影响。结果成功随访2 170例食管/贲门癌患者(成功率90%),食管癌1 426例,贲门癌744例。不同ABO血型食管癌/贲门癌患者生存期无差异(P>0.05);不同ABO血型的男性食管癌/贲门癌患者生存期无差异(P>0.05);不同ABO血型的女性食管癌患者生存期无差异(P>0.05),但女性贲门癌患者中以A型血患者生存期最优。食管/贲门癌患者ABO血型分布无差别(B>O>A>AB,P>0.05);男性食管/贲门癌患者ABO血型分布无差别(B>O>A>AB,P>0.05);女性食管/贲门癌患者A型、B型、O型构成比无差异(P>0.05),但AB型构成比有差异(P=0.029)。结论食管/贲门癌患者中B型血所占比例最多,ABO血型对男性食管癌/贲门癌和女性食管癌患者的生存期无影响,女性贲门癌患者中以A型血患者生存期最优。Objective ABO blood type is an important genetic markers . The present study aimed to investigate ABO blood type distribution characteristics and their impact on survival of the patients with esophageal cancer/ gastric cardia cancer （ EC/GCA ） and to further shed light on the key prognostic factors for EC . Methods The questionnaire , home interview and/or telephone interview were performed for survival followup on EC/GCA patients . The Chi-square test , Kaplan-Meier survival analysis , Log Rank test were applied to assess the ABO blood group distribution characteristics and their impact on survival of the patients with EC/GCA . Results We successfully followed-up 2170 cases （90% ） ,1462 cases for EC and 744 cases for GCA . There were no differences of the survival time among A , B ,O and AB blood type patients with EC/GCA （P 〉 0 .05 ） . There were no differences of the survival time among A , B ,O and AB blood type male patients with EC/GCA （P 〉 0 .05 ） . There were no differences of the survival time among A , B ,O and AB blood type female patients with EC （P 〉 0 .05 ） . The survival time in female GCA patients with A blood type was significantly longer than that in patients with B , O and AB blood type （P= 0 .048 ） .There were no differences of the ABO blood type distribution characteristics in patients with EC/GCA （P 〉 0 .05 ） . There were no differences of the ABO blood type distribution characteristics in male patients with EC/GCA （P 〉 0 .05 ） . There were no differences of the A , B and O blood type distribution characteristics in female patients with EC/GCA （P 〉 0 .05 ） . But there were differences of the AB blood type distribution characteristics in female patients with EC/GCA （P= 0 .029 ） .Conclusion The ratio of the B blood type patients with EC/GCA was more than that of A , O and AB blood type patients with EC/GCA .
