摘 要:基于工作过程的课程开发是当前我国职业教育进行课程改革的方向,本文介绍了苏州农业职业技术学院食品营养与检测专业基于生产过程的“乳品生产及检验”课程改革的思路和教学设计,阐述了课程设计方案,包括课程教学组织与实施过程、学习效果评价方式。基于工作过程的课程设计改革,不仅可以提高学生的学习兴趣和原动力,更可以有效地提高学生的岗位适应性和学生的综合职业能力。Course development based on working process is where the national vocational education reform heading. The paper introduces the thoughts and teaching design of the Production and Test of Dairy Prod- ucts, which is a course of Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture based on manufacturing process. It also states the designing scheme, which includes the organization and implementation of the course, the evaluation and comments of the students' learning. The reform of the course design based on working process can not only promote the students' learning interests and motivity, but also can improve their ability to adapt to their posts.
